POLICY

Thank you for choosing **Activate with E**! To ensure a smooth and successful experience for all participants, please review the following terms and policies:


1. Payment and Subscription-

  • Payment Structure: Payments for the program are due on a weekly basis for Virtual Personal Training, charged automatically every week on the day of your initial purchase.

  • Price: Virtual Training is priced at $35 per week.

  • Cancellation/Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your program, you can do so by notifying us at least 48 hours before the next payment cycle to avoid the next charge.

2. Scheduling & Attendance-

  • Session Scheduling: Virtual personal training sessions will be scheduled in advance based on availability. Please ensure you select a time slot that works for you.

  • Late or Missed Sessions: If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Sessions missed without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Punctuality: Please be on time for all virtual sessions. If you are late, the session will not be extended beyond the scheduled time.

 

3. Health & Safety- ​

  • Consult a Physician: It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program. By participating, you confirm that you are physically capable of completing the exercises without injury.

  • Liability: While we strive to provide effective and safe workouts, Activate with E is not responsible for any injuries or health complications that may arise during or after participation in the program.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality - â€‹

  • Data Protection: All personal information provided during your enrollment will be kept confidential and used solely for program-related purposes. We will never share or sell your information.

  • Video Sessions: All virtual sessions are recorded for quality assurance purposes. By participating in virtual training, you consent to being recorded. You can request not to be recorded before any session begins.

5. Program Modifications -

  • Program Changes: We reserve the right to make adjustments to the content, schedule, or format of the program as needed. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

 

6. Communication -

  • Program Support: You will receive ongoing support via email, text, or other platforms to address any questions, concerns, or modifications needed throughout the program.

  • Feedback: We encourage feedback to improve your experience. Feel free to share your progress or any adjustments you may need.

 

7. Code of Conduct -

  • Respectful Behavior: We maintain a positive environment for all participants. Please engage respectfully with the trainer.

  • Harassment-Free Zone: Harassment, offensive behavior, or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
